Banjarnegara
I live in Banjarnegara. Banjarnegara is a regency in Central Java, Indonesia. The population is about 916.875 people. There are 20 districts and 278 villages. The government center is in Banjarnegara district. Banjarnegara is famous of its dawet ayu. Dawet ayu is the traditional drink of Banjarnegara and because of that, there is dawet ayu sculpture in the town square. Banjarnegara has some traditional foods too, those are buntil, mujahir chips, combro kering and etc. Beside that, Banjarnegara has also some tourism objects which are very interesting to visit. Those are Dieng Plateau, Serulingmas Zoo, Surya Yudha Water Park and etc. There are some great people who were born in Banjarnegara. They are Chris John, a boxer who gets the world champion, a singer named Ebiet G. Ade, a researcher and a rector of IPB named Herry Suhardiyanto and Hadi Supeno the vice-regent of Banjarnegara who ever be the leader of Komnas HAM Indonesia. Now, the government has a program to conserve Kuda Lumping. So that, there is often Kuda Lumping show in some places in Banjarnegara. It can be performed in the town square or some villages. It aims to entertain the people and also can conserve the traditional culture. I really enjoy living in Banjarnegara.cc
